Solid session today. Nothing earth shattering. I just wanted to get moderately heavy, loosen up the suit a bit and refine the technique in full gear. Goal achieved. None of the pulls were hard but the lockout was noticeably easier when I concentrated on pulling back. Got some overload in off the blocks and pleasingly the 250 (only lift all day I really got psyched up for) was better than the other two. I'm now as confident as I can be going into the meet that I will get a PB. Just need to stay healthy, keep my back loose and nail it on the day. 2 weeks today!!!
