This is the plan for June, going to test it next week with deload.. so ignore the weights.
Putting OHP aside for a month, left shoulder is bugging me and my partner wants to get his squats over 300lbs.
Right now it's a 3 week phase, squatting 2x a week with a ~20lbs lighter first day, then a heavy day with singles.
I may turn it into a 4 week, deload only on main 3 lifts and allow better results for a max effort week 4 on squats.
As for aux lifts, going to try those kayak cable rows for lower lat focus.. and we're at a weight where at the 4th exercise we're dead, so this will be a lighter exercise.
Also, in June I want to work on our biceps and see how it'll affect our bench and other exercises like OHP.
Hope this all makes sense.. and can't wait to see if this works out for us. I figure it won't hurt, may not be optimal, but it won't hurt.
Note: Last 2 exercises (and Slingshot) for Deadlift and Bench days are going to be 6-8 reps on week 1/2/3, and a strict 5 on week 4.
Edit: Forgot to mention.. legs DOMS are pretty big from this tentative template (singles/doubles)
