Bench Press (Slingshot) 185x6/195x6/210x7
Pec Fly Machine 100x8x5
Bench went well, only did 1 rep with 210 because I wasn't sure I could press another rep and since our bench setup sucks.. didn't want to risk it.
Slingshot went real good.. and supersetted dips with pec fly, our chests were too messed up to do the usual DB chest press..
Squats 195x5/225x3/250x4 (new PR in weight and reps)
Squats 225/235/225/225/225 (Doubles)
Squats 225/245/250/255/260 (Singles)
Squats went pretty damn good, new PRs all across.. even got the partner to 300lbs!
Plan for June is somewhat like this day, twice a week.. more to follow after we test it next week during deload.
