First time doing the squat workout from my new routine. Took btb's advice and did some leg press after my squat.
Squat 5/5/4/3 x 135kg (tried for a 4th rep on the last set but about half way down I went back up, didn't feel right. A new self control milestone! hahaha)
After my squats I did leg press, calf raises, ab pulldowns and finished it with some grip strength training (trying to get my grip strength closer to what I can deadlift with straps
