Didn't chase the extra reps on squats because I wasn't really into it today. Heat and humidity started going nuts these last days here and I need some time to adjust. I'll work on a high rep range on all lifts starting tomorrow, those tropical conditions give me a good opportunity to take a little break from heavy sets and work on form.
