Thanks Dave! As long as my wrists can handle, I am good to go. From this point on, I'll progress by 5 lbs per sesh to give my wrists time to adjust. I do need to point my elbows towards each other next time, as that relieves some of the pressure off the wrists.
Clean grip is the only way to go for me. I can tell you tho, as the sets wore on, I really had to dig deep, especially the last set, which is the last vid.
