I usually stop mid pull because I can't finish it, this time I just ran out of energy so I quit @9.( Been ultra low carbs since Monday night.)
315x1/1 365x1 385x1 easy
405x1 mostly easy, not sure if PR but I intend to keep at these pretty hard from now on.
Calf raise routine
350x8/8/8/8/8 + 5 deadlift @350
95x25 PR by 4!
7 singles sprinkled throughout training.
