I'm like, totally spamming both this thread and my dying log, or at least this once, the previous post, and one more soon.

Today I scored a ~330lbs squat, going well below parallel.

This, too, is a major PR.


Bench to follow (and looking to be on track for that 1000lbs total, within approximately 1 year of training, all up). Well, soon.
