Been uber busy, work is at its most stressful since I can remember, I do not even get time to eat sometimes from awaking to lunch time, its insane.

I am a few workouts behind in logging because of this so i'll log last nights workout.

ME Squat Day 23/5/13

Squat

1x3 125kg
1x1 140kg
1x1 152.5kg
1x1 165kg
1x1 175kg
1x1 187.5kg (PR) 412lbs


Sumo Deadlift

1x3 150kg
1x1 180kg
1x1 195kg
1x1 205kg
1xM 222.5kg (broke it off the floor but started to round so i dumped it)

Good test day,very happy with that cycle. Squat and pulls will continue to remain my focus, bench will just be BB work still.

New cycle starts Saturday, will take squats back down to around 25-30 daily heavy reps and add a shitload of assistence for the glutes hams etc. Deadlifts will go back to twice per week for about 25 reps and I'll add volume and frequency as the weeks go by. Goal will be to get to around 40-50 work reps 5 days per week for pulls this time around, I was pulling 4 nights a week this cycle and my pull has never felt or looked better
