1.5 scoops of condense. I don't think I'll go over 1 scoop again, heart rate was up before I even got to the gym. Good energy and endurance, but that was too much on the stimulant side.
Don't take that as a negative if you're reading it though. Its just part of finding out the ideal dosage. This is also one of the best mixing and best tasting pre-workouts ever.
