Sorry for being away for so long, I had some personal things that came up that has been keeping me busy. A quick lifting summary, with being busy I haven't been watching my diet and lost about 15lbs. I'm a lot leaner but my bench press and squatting have gone down a bit. So right now I'm just trying to gain a little weight and regain some ground.
