Another day with Muscle Marinade, another PR. Squats today, hit 395. 405 is going to fall next week.
One thing I will note with MM is that I get better results if I only take it with about 10 oz of water than with a full shaker. My guess it is hits the system quicker that way. Great focus, great strength today. Got a lower back pump during rack pulls, but nothing too bad. Good pumps in my hamstrings though during leg curls. I love this stuff.
