Appreciate it guys. Lowbar squatting is apparently one of the best decisions Ive made. I won't lie I used to have a bad twitch in my left lower back that pained me during squats and for days after. Now that I have widened my stance, pushed out my knees more, and made room for my hips I have 0 pain and can really engage my ass more. Depth is also super easy for me to hit once I've warmed up. Anyway on to today's work.
