Shitty training day today. A couple nagging injuries caught up with me
Squat: worked up to 505 for 1, this was supposed to be for 5, but my knee didn't feel right. No point in getting hurt right now
Bench: worked up to 365 for 1. A shoudler/bicep issue reared it's ugly head. with no spotters I decided to call it there
Deadlift: worked up to 605 and missed it. I missed because I sucked at everything today.
time to man up and fix what ails me
