Default Squat day

After checking how many weeks we have until the meet we decided to go ahead and jump to the Thompson squat cycle like we had planned. We will finish our next 2 weeks raw then go to briefs on a box.

Ssb against chains.

345x2x5 sets adding chains each set. Top set was 180 lbs of chains.

Added knee wraps.

395x1+180 chains
445x1+180 chains

It was a lot of fun using the safety squat bar again! That thing is always brutal.

close stance/high bar squats: (with straight bar)

245x10
265x10

Ssb and high bar squat combo lit my abs and mid back up!

Leg curls x3sets each leg
TKE's x3 sets each leg
