After checking how many weeks we have until the meet we decided to go ahead and jump to the Thompson squat cycle like we had planned. We will finish our next 2 weeks raw then go to briefs on a box.

345x2x5 sets adding chains each set. Top set was 180 lbs of chains.

It was a lot of fun using the safety squat bar again! That thing is always brutal.
