ME Squat Day
Tonight was one of my favourite builders for squats, Paused cambered bar with bands n chains. I worked up to a max of about 141kg, this is about 5lbs off my PR with only bands and I had a buttload of chain on there too! I did about 45 backoff reps, this was grueling. I finished by swinging dumbbells and doing paused wheel o doom. Good night, very strong.

Strong night, never ceases to amaze me what can happen if you find a weak link and eliminate/improve it. I have been having a hell of a time getting into and out of the hole with my squats for about a week. I couldnít work out what had changed. My RH hip has been screaming at me too, so by releasing it aggressively with the theracane for about 24 hours I freed up so much more power out of the hole. I could have went past my top single tonight but theres no need for that straight away. Good stuff shows a weakness isnít always a weak muscle, just one that cant fire properly.
