Ketosis is A sign of fat burning happening on a low carb diet, but it is not THE only sign. don't fret, I have seem some folks have to get under 50g carbs daily for a week or two straight (no carb ups) before that happens. I am one who is so carb sensitive that I can knock myself out of ketosis with one carb laden meal. Ketosis, or lack there of, is not necessary for you to be burning fat.
