Had the Wife do another Cube Method Workout. She Did Bench Speed day... Worked off an 2 and 3 board. Her 2 board she was doing 100lbs for a few sets of 3. Then dropped to 75lbs off a 3 board for 3 sets of 15.. She did them all easy. This is her 4th or 5th Cube Workout and she is liking it. So Next week. I'll have her start over at the top.
