Checked with ketostix today. I'm not in ketosis. It may be too soon, I'm just really hoping I haven't screwed it up somehow. I don't know how that could happen, but it is a fear. I do feel quite a bit better today as far as energy and all is concerned. I have lost the bloat and look very flat compared to usual. I think that's a good sign? Anyways, I'll shout at you all tonight.
