Here are some updated measurements:

Current Supps.:
Whey Protein Iso.- (1 scoop before WO - 2 Scoops after WO)
Creatine - (1 scoop before WO - 1 Scoops after WO)
Phenom V1 - (1 tab. in the morning and 1 tab. in the evening)
HT-8 - (1 tab. in the morning and 1 tab. in the evening)
CLA - 1000mg - 2 tablets 2x a day
Fish Oil - 1200mg - 2 tablets 2x a day
Multi-Vitamin - 2 tablets a day

Current Stats:
Age: 33
Height: 71"
Weight: 196.1lbs. (4.5lbs increase)
Chest: 42" (1/2" increase)
Arm:
-L. Bicep 15.5" (1/2" increase)
-R. Bicep 15.5" (1/2" increase)
-L. Forearm 14"(1/2" increase)
-R. Forearm 14"(1/2" increase)
Quads:
-L. Quad. 26.5" (1-1/2" increase)

My waist and hips have gotten bigger since the bulking started. I guess that goes with it.
