Wow, just wow. Such a great workout today. Trained at home. Took all the time I needed to warmup, blasted awesome music and just attacked those weights! Also the first time trying out the new routine (that I posted in http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/pow...ower-vs-2.html).

Bench 6/5/5/5 x 70kg
Barbell row 10/10/8 x 55kg (I need to work on my back haha)
Overhead 10/10/10 x 40kg

Also did barbell curls, close grip bench and face pulls.
