Back day

Assisted pull ups x25

Dumbbell rows

70x10x3 sets each arm

Yates rows x 4sets

Wide grip lat pull downs x5sets

Rear delt flies x3 rep out sets

Superset with shrugs

Ez bar curls x 3

So I only had about 45 minutes to lift so I flew through this workout. I had a really nice back pump going on and made sure I took a considerable amount of time to admire myself in the mirrors lol
