Saturday strongman
Ended up having to help my dad on a job this morning. So I got hardly any sleep and did a lot of heavy lifting this morning. Still had a good session. Did tire and dragged my sled while I flipped the tire, it was tough

Tire flips
Bunch of sets of 1,2 and 3 flips to warm up
Add 45 lb sled x 2 sets x 3 reps
Add 90 lbs x 2 sets x 3
Add 90 x 2 sets x 5 flips
1 final set of 4 flips
This was pretty tough, my back felt solid and the tire can irritate, happy about this

Single arm snatch
45 x 3 each arm
65 x 2
75 x 2
95 x 1
105 x 1
115 x 1
These were fun something light but intense to add

Little bit more abs
Roller and band holds

Short and fun session. I think I am going to start doing farmers and tire on the same day. That should punish my body more, then I will try to admin an odd lift at the end. Something like one arm snatch

Tomorrow is pump up Sunday!
