Mis read the programming - we only squatted and benched today. next week is all 3. and ofcourse monday is too.

5/18/2013 Week 8

Squats
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 2
545 x 1 (started wrapping)
605 x 1
(switched over to texas squat bar, hated how the texas power bar felt. plus we use the squat bar in meets anyway)
655 x 1
700 x 1
725 x 1
These felt slow, but film showed otherwise. These are no where near as fast as they used to be, but I am regaining confidence so this is huge for me. I will be damned if I don't get 800 again.

Bench
135 x 8
225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 2
455 x 2 (used this as my working set)
475 x 1 (to chest, just for feel easy)
500 x 4 (2board)

All in all this was a beneficial day for me... Not the most outlandish weights, but I am regaining my confidence since most of trainign cycle hasnt gone too well for me. It is all good though - peaking is going nicely so we will make it work! video to come later.
