Default Night 3/Morning 4 CBL prep

This is getting rougher day by day. Training heavy is probably speeding up the process, but I'm gonna try to keep it going for the ten days. Last night at work was rough. Things were irritating me more than normal and my mind was not as focused. I've been eating lots of meat, cheese, eggs, etc., as well as lots of spinach and arugula. Lots of fatty stuff to keep the hunger away. I have been snacking on almonds to keep the hunger at bay. Report later tonight.
