5-18 Squats, No Carbs day 4
Purus is about the only thing keeping me going in the gym these days. One scoop of Muscle Marinade today, got that focus going. I just love the tunnel vision I get with it. I even had enough focus to vacuum the gym afterwards (owner is out of town and I love my gym. Some jackass tracked mud in, so I cleaned a little)!
One scoop of Condense during warmup sets. Was SUPER nice to get that caffeine boost and the extra beta going on.
Again, as I've mentioned earlier, these products perform CONSISTENTLY. I haven't felt any taper in the effects. I'm a Muscle Marinade man for life, I think. Unless Purus comes out with something better! Haha.
