Thanks guys. Doing the boss's work is what I get for being 24 and him being 55. Haha.
Doing four days in a row to get back on the schedule I want.
Squats: 285x6, 325x3x6
Leg press: 315x20, 365x17, 365x16, 365x15
Straight Leg Deadlifts: 135x2x8
I wanted to get all four sets, but was just too gassed. Give me a week and I'll be hitting on all cylinders again.
Day 4 of no carbs is going all right so far. Gonna take a nap before work, so all will hopefully be well.
