Default What's Wrong With Crossfit

Seen this discussion elsewhere. Thought I would fire it up.

What's wrong with CrossFit?

The specific question asked was:

But why? I can see that they have pretty good exercises lined up for overall fitness and their idea doesn't seems any wrong, ''short, intense, timed workouts''. They also have some strength workouts sometimes.
