Came in with no focus. But once the warmups were done I had found some good songs and was ready to blast.
Conventional deads off 4inchish blocks
315lbs x30 reps in 28 minutes. First 4 DOH grip. No belt, all rage.
Any friction on my back and shoulders is terribly itchy, the drive tomorrow will be irritating but well worth it. Being away from this town will be refreshing.
A few slow sets of hamstring curls and arm work.
286lbs and not looking any fatter.
