I look at these pictures and start to tear up. I realize that, even though a 'serving size' is not necessarily what you base your food intake on, I see that I have had no idea about serving sizes, and just like most of America, just eat what we want and when we eat 2300 calories all we do is .

The kitkat size in USA and Japan kind of makes me upset and I wonder to myself why are we increasing over the years? I know this is a contributing factor to obesity and I kind of feel like I've really botched most of my attempts of dieting, and when I was afraid I was "starving myself" I was still eating more than I should.

It is putting a bigger perspective on what I am going to have to do now in order to just control portions. It's kind of shocking and I'm glad you posted it. I do feel uneasy about everything now but it's kind of sad seeing this change.
