Friday speed work
Quick session today very sore in the hammies and upper back. Love pulling heavy

Also want to note that I walked back after every sprint. I typically sprint, rest, sprint. Today was sprint, walk, short rest, sprint. Felt like I got a lot more work in

Tomorrow is strongman, probably going to keep it a little lighter depending how sore I still feel. Planning on hitting a mobility wod tonight
