Tried to squat 135kg for the first time, wasn't really feeling it today. Stopped after the third set since it was going nowhere and I reckoned I could use the rest. Added one rep to my previous bench max so that's gooood.
Bench 4/3/3/4 x 70kg
Squat 3/2/1 x 135kg
Time to give those glutes of mine some rest and we'll see how they perform come next squat day haha.
