No need to count on your low carb times, here is the easy formula. If it is leafy and green, eat as much as you want. If it is an animal muscle, eat it. If it is a fat laden animal product without lactose, eat it. If it has a shell, note a shell not a pod, eat it. There ya go, easy peasy.
