Didn't have time to count so close today. I'm pretty sure I hit below 30g of carbs today. I've had a good bit of protein and fat, too. I'm bad at the counting macros thing. Today felt a little bit better than yesterday. Still a little lethargic, though. I'm ready to hit ketosis and smell like booze, yo!
