Thursday me deadlift, hooray!
Finally had a good deadlift session, back felt great. I did not really push to a true max, but I got within 90% of my all time max on deficit, so I am very happy

Stopped there, had a lot left. Very happy. Went with my lighter belt today. Watched a Clint darden video, he said lock your lower back in place and do not move it. This helped me a ton to keep my hips down and stay in a better position

Very happy with this session. Mobility wod has saved my life, going to continue to use the techniques in the mobility wod episodes. I highly suggest watching them.
