Deads off 4" blocks
605-3 (8rpe) Left a couple reps in the tank.
Now I need to either make a 2" box or buy some mats to pull off. Logic says the last 4" is going to take some pounds off the bar. Plan on pulling right around 675 calculation again. Glute is a mess can't even walk without feeling it, walking up a steep incline its very pronounced, whatever!
