I noticed you took a DOH grip on the pull Jay - do you want to use that grip only or use O/U grip? Paused benching is a whole new ballgame of sorts. I have been actually doing it almost all the time nowadays, something I picked up from Miked96 and it seems to be working well for me. I hope it starts to become more natural feeling for you as you approach the meet.
One little thing with it - make sure when you pause the bar, it doesn't sink into your chest before you press it. I got a red light on that in Vegas. I didn't even realize I was doing it. Could have been the result of my tremors, but I thought I'd make you aware of it anyway.
