I am referring to the last 4 months because its the time that I do a continuous routine. I ve been benching for the last 1.5 year, but its the last 9 months that I track progression. As I see in my 5/3/1 log, my bench max was 3-4-5 reps at 80kg during the whole thing and bench days never gave me the extra reps above these numbers.
