315x 1 ...vid, no versa grips, only chalk. Just wanted to see how I'd do without grips since I haven't pulled that way in awhile. Kinda dissappointed as it felt like it was super heavy in my hands and seemed like I had zero grip strength! Doesn't give me much confidence in pulling mid 4s or more . Once again not exactly light work as I had only planned on doing sets at 225 and no higher.

Done, about 20 minutes tops. Pleased with Bench work, not so much with that strapless pull!
