Sad to say that it looks like I hit a wall on the bench. Looked back to my log numbers for the last 4 months and this damned 80 kgs are always there. Changing to a rep goal autoregulated system and lowering the weight for this lift might be a good idea but on the other hand I don't want to be the good old guy that changes routines. Accessory lifts are oddly up though. What do you guys think?
