My current diet. Help with tweaking please.
Right now I am trying to lose weight so my diet looks like this.
Breakfast: 4 - 5 egg whites
3 pieces of bacon
16 oz. of cold water
Lunch: 2 .oz chicken breast
1 cup white rice
8 oz coffee and 8 oz water
Dinner: varies but is usually some sort of gluten free pasta with ground beef and sauce.
Should I be eating more frequently? Anything I should add or cut out, replace, etc. This is just a sample but it doesn't deviate too much from these things.
