Need to bump up the weight on my high sets. Next week is a deload, so the week after. 455 to a 1 board, then maybe 475 to a 2 board. I felt nice to get in a good amount of shirt work though. In the video, there are a few omitted clips, just the sets I did two of because I wasn't happy with how they felt. Also, sorry for the fuzzy clips. I have no idea what happened.
