For some reason my ankle is swollen and aching alot. Tried to squat today but it was a no go, balance was not there and hurted alot so gave it in afer a couple of sets of powerclean / frontsquats.
I sure hope this mess heals up fast since I plan on go balls to the walls on the farmers walk come saturday =)
Speed pulls and back training tomorrow and it will be a good time. Beast mode!
