Thanks guys.....He was Happy for sure... This summer My wife and I are doing Training at home on Wednesdays. Which will be Sled Drags, Hill Sprints, Standing Long and High Jumps also some Foot work drills... I'd bet money he will be with us doing it too...Soon he will be
