Today marks the first Day of my Cube Workouts...

Started my Day out with some Steak and Eggs.....



Was in a Huge hurry today. Didn't get home till after Midnight and had to get up early for my sons Field day at school.. Son took 1st in the 50yd dash and the Sack race.. Already taking after is father there.

Total Time in the Gym less then 45min.... In and out.. No Playing today...
