Haha, what's up man? Not strong yet - just trying to get there! I don't really do 5/3/1 as written any more, except on bench days, but I do take the same weights and just do multiple sets of the required reps for push press and deadlift.

Back after a week of hiatus because of the gap between spring/summer semsters. Now officially enrolled and begun my final (hopefully) semester of college. Lower back is still hurting quite a big, trying to rehab with yoga-ish stuff and swimming...will hopefully be back soon.
