Felt weak tonight after a very bad day nutritionally yesterday and not much to eat before training today. Not bad though considering.

last two sets my spotter had to help me lock it out. Felt harder than I would expect with this weight but still got close enough to perfect with an extra 5kg on last week despite hopeless preparation. Not overly looking forward to hitting bench hard tomorrow but I plan to inhale quite a lot of food right now.
