Worked up to a max on deads today.

Deadlift 1 x 170kg (200kg before the end of the year that's my promise to MAB!)
Deadlift 10/10 x 100kg (to convince myself that it was still an effective workout haha)
Overhead press 4/3/4/3 x 50kg
