Notes: Took 3 days off the weights to go and do alot of work out by our land. We got apx 5000 square metres of terrain were we keep the horses and I cleared most of the area of debree, logs, branches etc. Feeling more sore and beat up now than ever after 3 days of "rest" =)) Minor annoying injuries including a swolen ankle, pulled upper back muscle and alot of cuts and bruises. Well hell there is no excuses and I still put up a kick ass session today, went light on the accessory work to get some bloodflow in my sore shoulders.
Clean once and press for reps

1x110kg - Failed at 2nd, completely drained after the pb 5.

Triceps Pushdown - 70/30/15/15 reps.
Guns were jacked and tanned at this point.
